At Linden, trust, privacy, and transparency are the foundation of how we use AI. Just like every other part of the platform, AI is built to serve you — not to learn from you.
Your data is never used to train AI models
Linden does not use customer data to train or fine-tune AI models. Your information stays private, secure, and completely yours.
Linden’s AI is reasoning-only, not learning
When AI helps you summarize a will, suggest final wishes, or organize documents, it does so in a “memoryless” way — it processes the task, then forgets it.
Linden uses AI models strictly for:
Reasoning – Analyzing or extracting meaning from documents
Not learning – We do not update or train AI models based on your data
These two capabilities are separate — and we’ve explicitly disabled any learning behavior.
It is not possible for Linden’s AI to “remember” or train on your data — even accidentally.
When third-party models are used, they’re protected
If Linden uses third-party models (e.g., for high-complexity tasks), they run within isolated environments in our private cloud or through partners with:

We perform in-depth pen-testing and run a private bug bounty program to proactively find and fix vulnerabilities.
Emergency contacts go through identity verification so they can access data swiftly in a genuine crisis.
